How to shop with us. For newcomers.
Shopping online with us much like shopping at a store. You browse our online catalogue for the items you'd like, click an 'Add to Cart' button to put them in a shopping cart, and complete your purchase by clicking on 'Check Out'. The only difference is, we're open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week ... and you don't have to leave the comfort of your office to purchase our products - our products come to you.
The online shopping cart is a holding place for your items until you are ready to purchase them. You can view the contents of your Cart at any time by clicking on the 'View Cart' link on most pages. And, just like a retail store, you can always remove items from your Cart and put them back on the shelves - any time.
When you've finalised upon your selection and viewed your Cart, proceed to the Ordering stage by clicking 'Check Out'. At this point you must decide whether you want to register with us or just place your order without registration. Registration means that you don't need to complete your details again if you order from us in the future. It also means you can track your order.
Either way we need some basic details to complete your order. These include your name, address and some contact details so we can send the goods, and contact you if need be.
For payment, you can pay online by entering credit card information. Alternatively you can print out a form and fax it to us, or you can submit the form without credit card details and call us later with this information.
We appreciate that ordering online the first time can be a little confusing so if you have any problems or are unsure of any aspects of the ordering process please contact us and we'll help you out.

may miss a price or two. In which case we offer you a refund of the
price difference. Just a quick call to us with the name of our

Our Sales Tax Policy
Sales Tax is charged
for deliveries to Indiana.
Sales Tax will also be collected on all
products supplied by manufacturers in California (law now in the
State of California). Such taxes will be forwarded to the manufacturer
to be remitted by the manufacturer to the State Of California. Please
let us know if your organization is tax exempt.

Our Purchase Order Policy
We accept Purchase Orders from Schools and Government Organizations.
Purchase
Orders from businesses will ONLY be accepted after approval
by our accounting department.

Our Shipping Policy
We ship by standard UPS ground
shipping. Note that UPS adds an additional
charge for residential delivery as well as a surcharge for deliveries
that are a long distance from the UPS hub. Other shipping choices (Next Day Air AM, Next
Day Air, 2nd Day Air & 3 Day Expedited) choices may be also
available at time of checkout. If you NEED expedited shipping, we STRONGLY RECOMMEND you call us
direct with your order.
Items too large for UPS to ship are shipped by Truck.
Checking Order Status: After your order, an
email containing your tracking information will be sent to you. You may
check the status of your order by revisiting our website, logging in
and then clicking on the Order Status button on your My Account page. To
make order checking faster we recommend that you add us to your
favorites.

Our Returns Policy
Graphica Technologies USA reserves the right to determine applicability. Custom and made-to-order equipment or supplies may be excluded. DO NOT discard any packing until you have determined the item is in acceptable condition and does not need to be returned for any reason.
MACHINERY RETURNS 21 days We will accept no-questions-asked returns on laminators and other machines for up to 21 days from the date of purchase.
SUPPLY RETURNS 14 days We will accept no-questions-asked returns on unopened or unwrapped film or other supplies for up to 14 days from the date of purchase.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION and RMA Merchandise must be undamaged and returned in new condition in its original packaging. All exchanges and returns are at the discretion of Graphica Technologies and MUST have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Contact us to get a RMA Number for your return. The RMA number is valid for 14 days from issuance.
RETURNS FOR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE It is the customer’s/receiver’s responsibility to note and report any damage or possible damage to the delivery driver upon delivery. Damaged or missing items must be reported to Graphica Technologies within 48 hours of receipt.
We will file damage claims with the carrier. It is the customer’s responsibility to keep the package in the condition it was received and have it available for the carrier to pick up and inspect. Failure to do any of the above may invalidate the claim or delay the claim process, which in return can invalidate or delay the credit process to your account.
RETURNS DUE TO DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE Contact us first. Defective merchandise is usually dealt with based on the manufacturer’s warranty. All items must be returned in their original packaging.
RESTOCKING FEE There may be a 20% restocking fee.
EXCHANGES If the wrong merchandise was ordered and is unopened we will gladly exchange that merchandise for the correct product.
SHIPPING PROCEDURES FOR RETURNS Customers are responsible for any returned freight charges. All items must be in their original box and packaging and returned via insured, pre-paid freight to our depot or the address specified by our Customer Service Representative. We strongly suggest shipping with a carrier that provides proof of delivery, as items lost or damaged in transit cannot be credited back.
Your RMA number must be noted on the shipping label so we can associate it with your account. PLEASE DO NOT WRITE THE RMA NUMBER ON THE BOX because products cannot be accepted if their original boxes are marked, damaged or written on and may not be resaleable. WARNING. Boxes without an RMA number on the shipping label will not be accepted and will be shipped back to the customer collect.
SHIPPING CHARGES Graphica Technologies pays return shipping charges ONLY for items shipped to you in error or received damaged. Otherwise, shipping charges are nonrefundable.
RECEIVING CREDIT FOR YOUR RETURN After your return has been received and inspected a restocking fee of up to 20% of the original cost of the item may be charged. Graphica Technologies reserves the right to determine the value of an item that has been exchanged or returned. Credit will then be issued in the form of store credit to your Graphica Technologies account (your account number is your Customer ID on your invoice). Store credit can be used towards any product sold by Graphica Technologies and must be used within 24 months from the date the credit was issued.
ORDERS SHIPPED TO ADDRESSES OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES: Orders shipped to addresses outside the USA may be assessed a tax or duty by the country accepting the package(s). Such taxes, duties or customs brokerage fees are to be paid directly by the customer and are not refundable under any circumstances. Please check with your local Customs office to make sure you understand all Customs, Taxes and Fees that may be assessed on your order.

I've received an error message stating that my credit card is invalid. What should I do?
If you see an error message stating that your credit card is invalid, this is most likely due to one of the following reasons:
1. You have incorrectly entered your credit card number. Solution: Simply re-enter the information. 2. You have incorrectly entered your expiration date. Solution: Simply re-enter the information. 3. You have used a canceled credit card to place your order.
Solution: Another credit card will be required. 4. Your card is restricted to point-of-sale transactions (sales where your card is physically scanned) only.
Solution: contact your bank.
If you're still encountering problems, please contact us. For your security, you should NEVER e-mail us your full credit card number.
If you wish to reference a specific credit card that you already have on file with us, please reference by the order number.
If you believe: 1. that you have provided us with an incorrect expiration date, you may send us that corrected information via e-mail referenced by the order number.
Or telephone us. 2. that your card was declined due to insufficient funds, but now have those funds available, contact us to attempt to manually charge your credit card again. 3. that your card is restricted to point-of-sale transactions, you need to remove such restrictions, provide us with a different credit card, or choose a new payment method.
