Large format laminators are ideal for any size, usually wider than 42", printed materials. Thermal laminators use heated rollers or shoes to activate thermal laminating film. Cold laminators work by applying a pressure-sensitive film (sometimes called PSA) to laminate materials that a thermal laminator could damage. A perfect example is digital prints made from wax-based ink that can be melted by heat where cold film lamination will prevent wax melting then bleeding.
Some Large Format Laminators can be used for both thermal and cold lamination on one machine. And many large format laminators also offer mounting capabilities, so your laminated project can be mounted to a mounting board or similar media. However they do vary in the thickness of the media that can be mounted.
All of our roll laminators are NEW with warranty.
